It’s not about how you feel

It’s about what we want to accomplish.  The goals we have set for ourselves.

If you want to stick with something, you have to forget whether you are feeling motivated or in the mood.

Decide in advance, and do it regardless.

Sure we are tired.  We aren’t in the mood.  We aren’t feeling motivated.  We tell ourselves we will do it later.

But that doesn’t mean you should let it stop you.  It’s up to you to whether you listen to how you feel.

If we wait until we are motivated, we will never get there.  We can always find a reason not to.

We only get there by consistently and persistently showing up each and every day – even if we don’t feel like it.
