We are constantly trying to slow ourselves down. To give ourselves more time to reflect and to make sure we are doing the right thing.
But often, we already know. We are merely looking for reasons to stall.
To avoid this – take some time beforehand. Be clear with yourself and what you want to accomplish.
And then – sprint. Run faster than you are comfortable with.
It’s the inner-narrative that tends to slow us down. Most of the time – it’s the lizard brain holding us back.
But in reality, you can handle more than you think.
It just takes a little leap of faith.
So stop looking in the rear view mirror and sprint.
